Refer a Patient

We're dedicated to making the referral process as straightforward and seamless as possible. Our New Patient Coordinators will arrange an immediate appointment or schedule a visit, depending on your patient's needs. They will also:

  • connect you with the appropriate specialist
  • identify what clinical materials you should send to us for review (such as X-rays, imaging scans, test results or blood smears)
  • call your patient's family and schedule the appointment (usually after you have spoken with them about the need for an evaluation)
